This page covers realestateinvestoragentteam.com, the site for Real Estate Investor Agent Team at RaiderX LLC. It covers the whole site, and it covers the contact form and the email signup.

Updated October 30, 2026.

Reading the site

You can read the pages without giving your name, email, or phone number. The pages are about Houston homes as rental investments.

The contact form

If you use the contact form, it sends your name, email address, phone number if you include one, and anything you write in Investment Goals to the agent contact system. This website does not keep a copy of that message.

The form has two text-message choices. Checking a box is your consent for that kind of message. You can leave either box unchecked. The words on the form are:

I consent to receive non-marketing text messages from Mike Erne of RaiderX LLC, TREC License # 859601-SA, about investment opportunities. Message frequency varies, message & data rates may apply. Reply stop to opt out, text help for more information.

I consent to receive marketing messages from Mike Erne of RaiderX LLC, TREC License # 859601-SA. Frequency may vary. Message & data rates may apply. Reply stop to opt out, text help for more information.

The form is shown by linking.youandleads.com. What you submit is kept in the agent contact system.

How that is used

What you send is used to reply about the investment and the next step. It is not sold. It is not used to build an advertising audience.

Email signup

The signup above the footer asks for an email address. That address goes to the agent contact system so notes on the Houston market and investments can be sent. It is kept apart from contact-form messages. That signup does not send text messages.

Calls and texts you start

You can text or call (346) 683-4100. That number reaches Mike Erne.

What the site receives when you open a page

When you open a page, the host and Cloudflare see the ordinary connection used to deliver it: the page, the time, and the network address. That is used to run the site. It is not sold.

This website does not set its own cookies. The type on the page is loaded from Google Fonts. The contact form and the email signup load from linking.youandleads.com. Those services receive the request your browser makes to them.

How long

A message is kept while the inquiry is open. An email signup is kept until you ask for it to be removed. You can ask for a message to be deleted.

Asking for a copy or deletion

Use the form at the bottom of this page and write “privacy request” in Investment Goals. The reply goes to the email address you enter.
